Frequently Asked Questions

  • Check-in begins at 4pm PT. The resort will accommodate requests for early check-in on a case-by-case basis. If you arrive before your room is prepared, you are welcome to explore the property and store your bags with the front desk. Check-out takes place before 11am PT.

  • Email info@regissummit.com to modify your reservation. We will coordinate with The Sheraton on your behalf; you simply need to present a credit card upon check in to cover any nights outside of our event block (May 22+23).

  • We recommend that you book your flight to RDD, Redding’s primary airport. Given the short nature of the event, we don’t recommend flying into Sacramento (2.5 hour drive to Redding) or San Francisco (4 hour drive to Redding).

  • We look forward to providing you with a shuttle service to and from the airport in Redding. Our team will be in touch closer to the event to collect your flight details.

  • All activities will be held at The Sheraton & within walking distance of the hotel so you will not need a car to get around during the event itself, unless you have plans before or after the event where you’ll need a car.

  • We welcome you to wear business casual attire to the Summit.

  • Please note that much of our Summit programming and meals will be assigned and in small groups. All participants of the Summit must be invited and registered guests. If your spouse is not registered for the Summit and is staying with you at the Sheraton, this person will be able to enjoy the pool, on-site restaurants, and surrounding area during Summit programming. Please email info@regissummit.com to add their name to your room reservation.

  • Summit attendees will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner on May 23; breakfast and lunch on May 24; and breaks with refreshments throughout the event.

  • We encourage you to enjoy all Redding has to offer if you extend your stay! Bethel Church offers Healing Rooms on Saturday morning between 8:30am - 10:30pm and there are five Sunday church services to choose from, with start times ranging from 8:30am - 6pm. We will also offer a tour of Bethel’s new building location on Saturday for those who are interested. This Redding Guide features wonderful local options for meals and activities.
